i decided to try & shift as it felt like a right thing to do, therefore i went on youtube & searched for a quided meditation as i usually do. i cleared my bed & left only my small pillow on it, i usually use my small thin blanket but i was starting to suspect that it messes with my process & this is the first time i left it out (i think). as i was approaching step 7 (if we are going by the method i wrote down there) i could feel the atmosphere & body of my waiting room, i felt it but i just wasn’t quite there. i took the meditation & simplified it into steps resembling a shifting method. 2. lie down on your back & close your eyes, relax your body as much as possible as you take deep breaths; in through the nose & sigh it out though your mouth.
climb up the stairs one by one (there’s 5 stairs) & now you’re at the hall you see a hall of records. 5. once you find your desired reality look at it for a while, look at how perfect everything there is & try to feel the emotions you’d feel if you were there. than when you’re ready pull out that record slowly, it flies up in the air & transforms into a starry cape, the cape grows bigger untill it’s big enough to cover your whole body. i wish you the best on your journey, i belive in you & that you can do it! never doubt yourself ever again, you know this is your destiny!
