you should be aware of your emotions and thoughts as the situations comes to life. this would help you find the words to express your emotions. and it also causes you to focus on the outside, not on the inside and on yourself. but there is always a spot that you do not see. emotional intelligence teaches you about your emotions and the emotions of the people around you. it is the job of your mind to learn to spot them and put itself between the emotion and the physical reaction. my mission is to make the world a happier place.
